My Name is Shadeyah a Yoga Teacher and Wellness Coach, I wanted to create this space as I understand that maintaining balance can be challenging amidst a busy lifestyle. My yoga and meditation practices are designed to instil a sense of empowerment and grounding, no matter where you are.
After dedicating over a decade to the corporate world as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, I experienced a pivotal moment that led me to recognise my true passion for yoga, wellness, and supporting others on their journeys. This realisation motivated me to transition into a practitioner role, aiming to create a nurturing environments for individuals seeking to enhance their well-being; whether that is mindset, health, or fitness.
My personal journey has seen its fair share of challenges, as I faced battles with anxiety and depression, while working tirelessly to eradicate negative thoughts. Although it was not an easy path, in 2018, I found a shift towards positivity and growth. Through this transformative period, I gained invaluable insights about mindset and discovered how practices like yoga, meditation, and affirmations can significantly improve both internal experiences and external realities.
Today, I stand at a point in my journey where I aim to share these essential life skills with the wider community. My goal is to empower individuals, guiding them towards their best selves while facilitating transformative experiences through wellness practices.
